Located in Indiana, PA, our mission is to promote the enjoyment of amateur radio,
offer education, and provide a communications network for Indiana County, PA in times of emergency.

Education

ICEMARC is Indiana County's home for amateur radio education.

Enjoy everything from practical hands-on experience, to formal training, to antenna building, and our unique ICEMARC University presentations with the world’s top experts. Our mission is to help ham radio hobbyists like you to learn as much as you like, and to enjoy your time with everyone.

If you want to grow, ICEMARC is the place, right here in Indiana, PA. And we have plenty of “elmers” – amateur radio mentors – to help you along your way.

Events

We know how important it is to get together. Picnics, field days, fox hunts, amateur radio QSO Parties… they’re how we all enjoy each other’s company, and help each other grow.

Check out our calendar to see what’s coming up, and join us for our regular Monday ARES Net for news and information about upcoming activities in the Indiana, PA region. There’s plenty to do, and you can get involved as little or as much as you like.

Emergency Mgmt

ICEMARC's training for emergency preparedness uniquely serves the Indiana County Emergency Management Agency (EMA).

What makes ICEMARC unique is our close relationship with the Indiana County Emergency Management Agency of Indiana County, PA. Charged with supporting the Red Cross in times of emergency, everything we do supports that mission in some way.

We hope it will be the smallest part of what we do, but our amateur radio volunteers will be trained and ready should we be needed. And you can help! Just ask.
